If you are looking for a quick and easy chicken recipe that tastes amazing and has a lot of protein, you should stop here. In less than 15 minutes, you can make this recipe and the final dish looks like if it’s from a good restaurant.

The chicken is soft inside and crispy outside, and a bit spicy as well which makes it fun to eat. You can literally feel the flavor of each sesame seed.

Sesame chicken and rice

Since I learned this recipe, I have been making this for lunch and quick post workout meals. Here I’m using 250g of lean chicken breast for 2 servings which gives about 30g of protein.

If you need to adjust your protein amount, tap on the ‘SERVINGS’ on the recipe card below and use the slider. For example, if you are looking for 45g of protein, make 3 servings but still serve for 2.
