I really like chocolate brownie, but I feel bad if I have them because they are usually high in sugar and fat. You might also feel that way. With this recipe, you can make a healthy chocolate brownie that you can have for snacks and they keep you full for long with not too much in calories.
I have used dates as a natural sweetener for the brownie. It’s a healthy alternative to the plain sugar. I’m adding walnuts for the flavor and some crunchiness but you can add whatever you like or is available to you.
Storage
You can put these brownies in a container with lid and store in the fridge for 2 weeks. Enjoy these protein rich snacks every day.
You can eat them cold if you like it that way but I like them toasted. Toast them in a sandwich press or a pan on low heat for a couple of minutes. They go really well with a coffee.
