These are vegan friendly protein bars so none of your friends will get left out.

Taste and feel of these peanut butter oat bars

These peanut oat bars tend to look a bit rough as they contain whole foods like real peanuts and oats. In advantage, they add the real nutritional value.

The rough texture of these bars keeps the environment cooler and more casual. Perfect kinda vibe for a family meetup etc.

Protein and calories of these bars

These healthy home made bars have about 9g of protein and 260 calories per serve. Which is slightly more protein than in one whole egg. Perfect for an afternoon snack.

Please use the serve slider in this recipe card below to choose your serving size. Then use the given ingredients size. Make the number of slices same as your serving size after the baking. This will make sure you get the similar amount of protein and calories given in here.

Keep in mind that these tasty buttery bars are relatively high in calories. Be mindful while eating, as you can easily overeat them.

Type of peanut butter to use

Make sure to use creamy and smooth peanut butter. This will make your bars consistent and less crumbly.

Making them high protein peanut oat bars

You may add some casein protein powder to make these bars high in protein. Use the plant protein power if you are keeping it vegan friendly.
