Juicy & Spicy Lamb Choila

Lamb choila

Try making this traditional Nepalese lamb Choila to have something different. Choila is generally made in family gatherings and special events.  It’s basically a spiced salad with not many vegies in it.

This lamb choila is juicy but some may like it a bit more tender and chewier. In that case, you may grill the lamb a bit longer on the pan.

A traditional Nepalese dish that is full of flavour for a family filled weekend. Juicy and spicy.

Best type of lamb to make Choila

It’s best to get boneless lamb steaks to make the lamb Choila. You can also get a lamb leg and cut out the steaks like I did. Remember to strip out the fat to make it healthier.
