In this recipe, I’m making crispy seed crackers. These simple and easy to make crackers are full of nutrients, making it a very healthy snack option.
Health benefits of these seed crackers
Seeds are a good source of plant-based protein. According to USDA, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are also rich in Fiber, Vitamin E, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron which makes these seed crackers very healthy snacks.
Slicing
I sliced the crackers after baking in this recipe. If you want to have well defined shapes, you can choose to slice them before baking. Slicing after baking can cause some of the crackers to break as the bake becomes brittle.
Serving
I like eating the crackers on their own, but they are best to serve with a dip or a simple mashed avocado. They also go well alongside a cheese board with your favourite cheese, grapes, and other fruits of your choice.

- Add salt and Italian herbs or any herbs of your choice to make it herbs flavoured seed crackers.
- Add melted peanut butter to make it peanut butter seed crackers.
