Here is a low calorie chocolate brownie recipe that you can make and enjoy without worrying about overeating. This tasty brownie is soft, smooth, and strong in flavor. Thanks to the banana which gives this brownie the juicy and creamy in feel and fruity in flavor.
The blueberry we are using in this recipe boosts that fruity taste this brownie has. The berry-ish flavor is somewhat similar to the taste of a mild and smooth red wine. If you are a wine lover, you’ll definitely love this recipe.
I have also used whey protein powder in this recipe to make these brownies higher in protein. You can make a bigger batch of this recipe and enjoy the protein rich brownies for an entire week.
Serving and storage
These banana brownies are very soft so make sure you let the bake completely cool down before making the pieces. You can make this process by putting it in the fridge.
Any leftover brownies can be stored in the fridge in a closed container for a week. Because these brownies are soft, I like eating them cold with a cup of black coffee in the afternoon.
