Banana Oat Protein Cookies

Get some plant protein while having fun making these cookies. Quick & easy to make, and healthier than store-bought.

With just a few ingredients, these banana oat protein cookies are something you can try making on a weekend. These are also much healthier than the store-bought cookies. They are quick and easy to make.

This can also be a good opportunity to finally use any over ripping banana if you have.

Protein and calories in these banana oat cookies

Oats on their own are a good source of protein. To make them even high in protein, I have added some whey protein powder in this recipe.

If you don’t have whey protein powder, you can still make these cookies and get a good amount of plant protein.

These banana oat cookies have 8g of protein and around 190 calories per serve (2 pieces). With the given amount of ingredients, I had made 18 cookies in total.

Making the cookies crispier

To make these cookies crispier, transfer them over to wired rack after making the shapes on a baking paper.

Storage

Put any leftover cookies in a closed container and put in the fridge. They stay fresh for 1 week.
