This Protein Yogurt Bowl is a go to recipe of mine to meet my daily protein intake. This is best to have as a post-workout meal or as a regular breakfast. What I like about it is, it’s so easy to make just by using the regular household ingredients. It’s also very quick to make as it only takes about 5 minutes.
I am using a banana and blueberries for the fruits here, but you can use any fruits you like really. I would recommend you try it with chopped apple and strawberries. Use full cream Greek yogurt because it mixes better with the protein powder and that creamy texture feels amazing in the eyes.
It’s a healthy, nutritious meal that is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and live probiotics. You can’t go wrong with it. I am using whey protein powder with vanilla flavor.

Protein Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 piece banana medium size
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt full cream
- ⅓ cup whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup muesli
Instructions
- Get a large bowl and put muesli, yogurt, and protein powder. Mix it well using a spoon. Add a little bit of water if the mix is too thick.½ cup Greek yogurt, ⅓ cup muesli, ⅓ cup whey protein powder
- Chop banana into small pieces and put in the bowl.
- Put blueberries in the bowl.
- Mix again gently.
