Let’s make a tasty and juicy honey sesame chicken. It’s an easy process but there are quite a few steps compared to others so bear with me. It will worth it.
Cooking the chicken
Traditional way to make honey sesame chicken is by deep frying. In this recipe, I have chosen to bake instead. It will keep the calories lower making it a healthier meal.
It is important to not to over bake them as they will turn dry and chewy.
Type of chicken for honey sesame chicken
I have used chicken breast in this recipe, but they actually taste better if you use the chicken thigh fillet. Though, that will add a little bit of calories.
If you are controlling your calories/fat intake, breast fillet is the best choice.
